Problems and Countermeasures in Ideological and Political Education of Needy Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

当前高职院校贫困生思想政治教育存在保障机制不完善、思想政治教育内容不完善、缺乏思想政治教育实践性载体平台、缺乏高素质的师资队伍、缺乏有利于贫困生健康成长的环境等问题,要从保障机制、教育内容、教育途径、成长的环境等方面入手,有针对性地加强和改善高职院校贫困生的思想政治教育。

In the current ideological and political education of needy students in higher vocational colleges many problems exist. The safeguard mechanism is imperfect, and the ideological and political education content is imperfect. It lacks practice carrier platform for ideological and political education, qualified teachers, and healthy growth environment for needy students.Therefore it should strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of needy students in higher vocational colleges from such aspects as safeguard mechanism, education content, education methods, and growth environment.
