摘要
针对北京市2013—2015年16个行政区的面板数据,运用空间计量方法对北京市雾霾的社会经济影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明,北京市各区雾霾污染存在显著的正相关性且处于较稳定状态,空间集聚效应明显。经济发展、工业和建筑业发展、能源消费、交通发展、城市绿化等因素对北京市雾霾污染具有显著影响。根据分析结果,提出优化公共服务资源配置、调整能源结构、实行"错季生产"、推进绿色建筑发展等治理雾霾的政策建议。
Spatial econometrics is used to analyze the socio-economic influence factors of Beijing haze pollution with panel data of 16 administrative regions in Beijing from 2013 to 2015. Empirical results show that there exists a significant and relative stable positive spatial correlation among districts. Economic development,industrial and construction development,energy consumption,traffic and urban greening are significant influencing factors on Beijing haze. According to the analysis results,some suggestions are put forward on dealing with haze pollution,such as optimizing the allocation of industrial and public service resources,adjusting the energy structure,staggering the season of production,promoting the development of green-buildings and so on.
