恩替卡韦对初期治疗不同时期乙肝肝硬化患者抗病毒的疗效

Antiviral efficacy of entecavir on hepatitis B cirrhosis patients at different stages of initial treatment

目的分析恩替卡韦对初期治疗不同时期慢性乙型肝炎(乙肝)肝硬化患者抗病毒的临床影响。方法 80例初期治疗代偿期及失代偿期乙肝肝硬化患者,按随机分配原则分为参考组与实验组,各40例。参考组采用安络化纤丸加阿德福韦酯进行治疗,实验组采用恩替卡韦加安络化纤丸进行治疗,对两组患者治疗后的各项检测指标以及临床疗效进行比较。结果实验组患者治疗后总胆红素(TBIL)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、白细胞(WBC)、血小板(PLT)水平明显优于参考组,差异具有统计学意义(t=4.79、6.64、5.65、2.61,P<0.05)。参考组患者总有效率为75.00%,明显低于实验组的95.00%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=6.27,P<0.05)。结论初期治疗不同时期乙肝肝硬化患者应用恩替卡韦抗病毒治疗的临床效果理想,可以有效提高总有效率,值得进一步推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical antiviral effect of entecavir on hepatitis B cirrhosis patients at different stages of initial treatment. Methods A total of 80 patients with compensatory and decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis at the initial stage were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received Anluo Huaxian pills and adefovir dipivoxil for treatment, and the experimental group received entecavir and Anluo Huaxian pills for treatment. The test indicators and clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the experimental group had obviously better total bilirubin（TBIL）, alanine aminotransferase（ALT）, white blood cell（WBC） and platelet（PLT） than the control group, and their difference was statistically significant（t=4.79, 6.64, 5.65, 2.61, P〈0.05）. The control group had obviously lower total effective rate as 75.00% than 95.00% in the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=6.27, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of entecavir shows ideal clinical effect for hepatitis B cirrhosis patients at different stages of initial treatment, and it can effectively improve the total effective rate. It is worthy of further promotion.
