延续性护理对老年H型高血压认知功能障碍患者生活质量的影响分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析延续性护理对老年H型高血压认知功能障碍患者生活质量的影响。方法 90例老年H型高血压认知功能障碍患者,随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组患者给予常规的护理方法 ,观察组患者采用延续性护理措施,观察比较两组患者护理前后的血压和同型半胱氨酸水平、护理后生活质量评分及护理前后长谷川痴呆量表(HDS)认知功能评分。结果护理前,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压和同型半胱氨酸水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者的收缩压、舒张压、同型半胱氨酸水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者的躯体功能、心理健康、社会功能、物质生活、总分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前两组患者的HDS认知功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者的HDS认知功能评分(27.46±2.59)分高于对照组的(23.63±3.03)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年H型高血压认知功能障碍患者应用延续性护理措施能够取得良好效果,其不仅有助于降低同型半胱氨酸水平,且能改善患者的认知功能,有助于提升患者的生活质量。因此,该护理措施值得在临床中推广应用。
