电力机车司机室纹理面漆喷涂工艺研究及应用

The research and application of texture paint spraying for electric locomotive driver's cab

介绍了纹理漆喷涂的工艺要求,结合现场实际情况,对纹理漆喷涂在电力机车司机室内应用的工艺方案进行研究,分析纹理漆喷涂工艺的影响因素,并从喷涂外观、油漆配套性的方面进行纹理漆喷涂工艺优化,最后对纹理漆的应用效果进行了评估。

This paper introduced the process requirements of texture paint,combining with the actual situation,we studied the process scheme of texture paint for electric locomotive driver＇s cab and analyzed the influencing factors. Then,we optimized the spraying process from appearance and paint matching. Finally,we evaluated the application effect of texture paint.
