根据水利水电工程生态影响特性及生态恢复的原则与目标,主要分析了陆生生态和水生生态恢复的方式与问题。为评估生态恢复效果,有必要实施生态监测和评估,简要说明了生态修复监测的目的与意义,给出了监测内容与指标,提出了生态监测频次与方法建议,以及生态恢复效果评估主要内容及方法。

Based on the characteristics of ecological impacts of water conservancy and hydropower projects, and the principles and aims of ecological restoration, the paper analyzes the problems of terrestrial and aquatic ecological restoration. Considered it＇s necessary to conduct ecological monitoring for assessment of ecological restoration effectiveness, clarifying the aims and significances of ecological restoration, proposed the contents, index, frequency and methodology of ecological monitoring, and the contents and methods of ecological restoration effectiveness assessment.
