摘要
针对水电工程施工中容易出现的工作面排序不合理导致非消耗性施工资源调度不当的问题,考虑设备作业时间参数,以最小化作业总流程时间为目标,提出了一种面向时间参数约束的非消耗性施工资源调度模型。根据施工组织设计,绘制出设备作业网络计划,将网络图时间参数转化为求解n/m/p/Fmax问题的排序参数。然后,利用CDS启发式算法进行求解,得出施工段的排序方案,达到总流程时间优化的目标。通过工程案例验证了该模型及算法的合理性。
To solve the unreasonable scheduling of non-expendable construction resources caused by the unreasonable scheduling of working surface in the construction of hydropower project,Consideraing equipment operation time parameters,objective to minimize the total process time of the job,a non-expendable construction resource scheduling model based on time parameter constraints is proposed. According to the design of construction organization, the network plan for the equipment operation is made,and the time parameter of the network graph is transformed into a sort parameter for solving the n/m/p/Fmax problem. Then, Using CDS heuristic algorithm to solve the problem, the sorting scheme of the construction section is obtained; the goal of optimizing the total process time is achieved. The rationality of the model and algorithm is verified through an engineering case.
