摘要
为研发符合安徽省淮河洪水及行蓄洪区调度决策需要的洪水分析模型子系统,采用水文学和水动力学相结合方法,以近些年安徽省建立的淮河流域工程防洪体系、水文自动测报系统、水文预报系统、洪水风险图等成果为基础,搭建了淮干区间水文预报模型、干支流一维水动力学模型和行蓄洪区二维水动力学模型,并基于Arc GIS、MIKE、SQL Server、Power Designer、Visual Studio等软件技术耦合三大模型,研发了洪水分析模型子系统。该子系统提高了对淮河流域雨情、水情、工情、险情等信息的快速处理、科学分析、准确预测、风险管理与决策支持的能力。
In order to meet the needs of risk management for flood and flood retention zones in Huaihe River of Anhui Province, Huaihe River mainstream interval's hydrological forecast model, main stream and tributary's one-dimensional hydrodynamic model and flood retention zone's two-dimensional hydrodynamic model are created combining with approaches of hydrology and hydrodynamic force based on flood control system of Huaihe River Basin, hydrologic telemeter systems, hydrological forecast system, flood risk map and so on. Arc GIS, MIKE, SQL Server, Power Designer, Visual Studio and other software are used to create flood analysis model subsystem.The subsystem are used to fast processing, scientific analysis, prediction, risk management and decision support the rainfall, water regime, danger and other information of the basin.
