基于简化三电平SVPWM的T型三电平整流器控制研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对传统三电平空间电压矢量存在的区间划分繁琐、矢量作用时间计算复杂等问题,提出了一种简化的三电平SVPWM调制策略,给出了数字化实现方法,为改善T型三电平中点电位不平衡问题,提出并采用引入小矢量修正的中点电位平衡控制方法。为验证中点电位平衡控制与简化SVPWM调制的有效性,构建了一台额定功率为5 k W的T型三电平变换器样机模型。实验结果表明,文中调试方法在极大简化了矢量运算的同时可有效实现中点电位的平衡控制。 In view of the problem that the traditional three-level space vector modulation(SVM)requires a large calculation of partitioning and voltage vector,a simplified three-level SVPWM strategy was presented,then,the digital implementation method of the proposed modulation was given. To improve the neutral voltage unbalance inherent problems of three-level T-type rectifier,neutral voltage balance control method based on the small vector modified was adopted. To test and verify the correctness of the neutral voltage balance control and the validity of the simplified SVPWM modulation method,a 5 k W T-type three-level rectifier prototype platform was built. The experiment results show that the proposed method effectively simplifiy the calculation of space vector modulation vector operation and the neutral voltage is kept balance.
