气烧窑生产轻烧白云石产品工艺转型生产操作实践

Production of light-burnt dolomite product transformation and production with gas combustion kiln

介绍了以转炉煤气为燃料,在使用国产气烧窑的煅烧工艺条件基础上,为满足用户对产品的需求,维持窑炉稳定生产,对现有窑炉生产工艺操作、产品生产布局进行改造,将煅烧出来的合格的轻烧白云石粉输送给烧结使用,即降低了烧结的生产成本,又避免了现有气烧窑的停产困境。

To meet the client＇s requirements and maintain stable production,this paper introduces the modification of production process and production layout of the existing kilns,which is based on the calcination process condition of domestic gas combustion kiln. Using qualified light-burnt dolomite powder in calcination not only reduces the production cost,but also avoids suspend of gas combustion kiln.
