冠心病患者体内CD40配体、CXC配体表达与炎症反应、斑块性质的相关性研究 被引量:7

The correlation of CD40 ligand and CXC ligand expression with inflammatory response and plaque properties in patients with coronary heart disease

摘要 目的:研究冠心病患者体内CD40配体(CD40L)、CXC配体(CXCL5)表达与炎症反应、斑块性质的相关性。方法:选择在湖北省仙桃市第一人民医院诊断为冠心病的患者作为研究的CHD组,同期体检的健康志愿者作为对照组。采集外周血并分离RNA,测定CD40L、CXCL5的表达量;采集外周血并分离血清,测定炎症反应指标、脂代谢指标、胶原代谢指标的含量。结果:CHD组患者外周血中CD40L、CXCL5的mRNA表达量显著高于对照组;CHD组患者血清中TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-6、PCSK9、sdLDLC、ox-LDL、Gal-3、Lp-PLA2、ICTP、ADAMTS4、CatK、CyPA的含量显著高于对照组,IL-10、TGF-β1、TIMP1、TIMP2的含量显著低于对照组;外周血中CD40L、CXCL5的表达量与血清中TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-6、PCSK9、sdLDLC、ox-LDL、Gal-3、Lp-PLA2、ICTP、ADAMTS4、CatK、CyPA的含量呈正相关,与IL-10、TGF-β1、TIMP1、TIMP2的含量呈负相关。结论:冠心病患者体内CD40L、CXCL5的异常高表达能够加重炎症反应、降低斑块稳定性。 Objective:To study the correlation of CD40 ligand(CD40 L)and CXC ligand(CXCL5)expression with inflammatory response and plaque properties in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:Patients who were diagnosed with coronary heart disease in Xiantao First People's Hospital in Hubei Province between February 2015 and April 2017 were selected as the CHD group of the study,and healthy volunteers who received physical examination during the same period were selected the control group.The peripheral blood was collected to separate RNA,and the CD40 Land CXCL5 expression were determined;peripheral blood was collected to separate serum,and the contents of inflammatory response indexes,lipid metabolism indexes and collagen metabolism indexes were determined.Results:CD40 Land CXCL5 mRNA expression in peripheral blood of CHD group were significantly higher than those of control group;TNF-α,IFN-γ,IL-6,PCSK9,sdLDLC,ox-LDL,Gal-3,Lp-PLA2,ICTP,ADAMTS4,CatK and CyPA contents in serum of CHD group were significantly higher than those of control group whereas IL-10,TGF-β1,TIMP1 and TIMP2 contents were significantly lower than those of control group;CD40 Land CXCL5 expression in peripheral blood were positively correlated with TNF-α,IFN-γ,IL-6,PCSK9,sdLDLC,oxLDL,Gal-3,Lp-PLA2,ICTP,ADAMTS4,CatK and CyPA contents in serum,and negatively correlated with IL-10,TGF-β1,TIMP1 and TIMP2 contents.Conclusion:Abnormal high expression of CD40 Land CXCL5 can aggravate the inflammatory response and reduce the plaque stability in patients with coronary heart disease.
