摘要
目的:PCI围手术期柴胡注射液辅助治疗对心肌损害、氧化应激反应、细胞凋亡的影响。方法:选择2014年6月~2017年2月期间在湖北省黄石市西塞山区澄月社区卫生服务中心接受PCI治疗的急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为接受PCI围手术期柴胡注射液辅助治疗的柴胡组以及接受PCI围手术期常规治疗的对照组。治疗前及治疗后1天、3天时,测定血清及外周血中心肌损害指标、氧化应激指标、细胞凋亡指标。结果:治疗后1天、3天时,两组患者血清中H-FABP、cTnT、CK-MB、CTGF、MDA、AOPP、sFas、sTWEAK、sTRAIL、Caspase-3的含量及外周血中O_2~﹣、NOX、HO-1的含量均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05)且柴胡组患者血清中H-FABP、cTnT、CK-MB、CTGF、MDA、AOPP、sFas、sTWEAK、sTRAIL、Caspase-3的含量及外周血中O_2~﹣、NOX、HO-1的含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PCI围手术期柴胡注射液辅助治疗能够减轻心肌损害、氧化应激反应、细胞凋亡。
Objective:To investigate the effects of adjuvant bupleurum injection therapy in perioperative period of PCI on myocardial damage,oxidative stress response and apoptosis.Methods:Patients with acute myocardial infarction who received PCI in Chengyue Community Health Center of Xisaishan District of Huangshi City in Hubei Province between June 2014 and February 2017 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the bupleurum group who received adjuvant bupleurum injection therapy in perioperative period of PCI and the control group who received routine therapy in perioperative period of PCI.The myocardial damage indexes,oxidative stress indexes and apoptosis indexes in serum and peripheral blood were measured before treatment and 1 day and 3 days after treatment.Results:1 day and 3 days after treatment,H-FABP,cTnT,CK-MB,CTGF,MDA,AOPP,sFas,sTWEAK,sTRAIL and Caspase-3 contents in serum as well as O2^﹣,NOX and HO-1 contents in the peripheral blood of both groups of patients were significantly lower than those before treatment(P0.05)and H-FABP,cTnT,CK-MB,CTGF,MDA,AOPP,sFas,sTWEAK,sTRAIL and Caspase-3 contents in serum as well as O2^﹣,NOX and HO-1 contents in the peripheral blood of bupleurum group were significantly lower than those of control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Adjuvant bupleurum injection therapy in perioperative period of PCI can reduce the myocardial damage,oxidative stress response and apoptosis.
