试论人大代表监督职权的强化

人民代表大会制度是我国的根本政治制度,是我国人民民主专政政权的组织形式。人大代表是由人民选举出来的,其权力来自于人民,他们代表人民行使国家权力。监督权是人大代表的一项重要权力,也是人民代表大会制度科学性的一个重要标志。对国家机关行使监督权是人大代表的一项重要职责,强化人大代表的监督权是完善我国人民代表大会制度的本质要求。要增强人大代表的监督意识,健全监督制度、拓宽监督渠道、创新监督方式、丰富监督手段,充分发挥人大代表的监督职能,确保政府权力始终在阳光下运行。只有这样,才能进一步提高反腐倡廉工作的成效,营造出风清气正的政治生态,保证国家机器的良好运转,实现国家的长治久安。

The People＇s Congress system is the fundamental political system in our country, and it is also the form of political power in China. Deputies to the People＇s Congress are elected representatives of the people, and their power comes from the people, standing for the people to exercise the state power. One of its important powers is the right to supervise other state organs, and it is also a sign of whether the NPC is sound. But in real life, there were some problems for People＇s Congress in the supervision of consciousness, con-tent, methods and means, how to strengthen the National People＇s Congress in the actual activities to truly exercise the right of supervi-sion, will be an important link in the future for Chinas National People＇s Congress to reform.
