血清降钙素原对儿童获得性肺炎患儿治疗的影响

摘要 目的探究血清降钙素对儿童获得性肺炎患儿治疗效果。方法资料随机选取该院2016年7月—2017年11月收入获得性肺炎患儿45例作为该次观察组,另选取同时期收入45名健康儿童作为该次对照组,对两组患儿PCT、CRP、WBC水平进行比较。结果两组患儿各个水平比较中观察组降钙素原(1.124±0.354)μg/L、C反应蛋白(56.451±15.457)mg/L、白细胞水平(10.124±4.564)×109/L比较,差异有统计学意义(t=20.654、20.314、5.575,P<0.05)。结论血清降钙素在血清中含量能够有效诊断儿童获得性肺炎,能对肺炎严重程度以及抗生素停用时间判断,值得在临床上推广使用。 Objective To study the effect of serum procalcitonin on the treatment of children with acquired pneumonia.Methods 45 cases of children with acquired pneumonia admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2016 to November2017 were randomly selected as the observation group, while 45 cases of healthy children at the same period were selected as the control group, and the PCT, CRP, WBC levels were compared between the two groups. Results The procalcitonin(1.124±0.354)μg/L, C reactive protein(56.451±15.457)mg/L, white blood cell level(10.124±4.564)×109/L in the observation group were different from those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t =20.654, 20.314,5.575, P〈0.05). Conclusion The serum procalcitonin can effectively diagnose the children with acquired pneumonia, which can determine the severity of pneumonia and time of antibiotic discontinuation, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
