生精胶囊联合维生素E治疗弱精子症的临床研究

Clinical Research on Shengjing Capsule Combined with Vitamin E in Treatment of Asthenozoospermia

目的观察生精胶囊联合维生素E治疗弱精子症的临床疗效。方法方便选择2015年8月—2016年11月在右江民族医学院附属医院门诊就诊并治疗的弱精子症患者80例,给予生精胶囊(口服,4粒/次,tid)和维生素E胶丸(口服,1粒/次,bid),治疗2个月后进行复诊,观察精液量、精子密度、a级精子、(a+b)级精子、精子活率。结果治疗后,精子活率(49.54±14.52)%,(t=4.518,P<0.001)、a级精子(23.20±13.69)%,(t=7.063,P<0.001)、(a+b)级精子(38.25±13.16)%,(t=5.695,P<0.001)具有显著改善(P<0.05),精液量(3.15±1.37)m L,(t=0.735,P=0.465)、精子密度(63.75±43.11)×106/m L,(t=1.289,P=0.201)具有一定的改善(P>0.05)。结论生精胶囊联合维生素E能促进精子生成,有效改善精液质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of shengjing capsule combined with vitamin E in treatment of asthenozoospermia. Methods 80 cases of patients with asthenozoospermia admitted and treated in our hospital from August2015 to November 2016 were convenient selected and respectively given shengjing capsule（oral administration, 4 grain/time, tid） and vitamin E capsule（oral administration, 1 grain/time, bid）, and the patients were reexamined after two months,and the semen volume, sperm density, class a sperm,（a ＋ b） sperm and sperm viability were observed. Results After treat ment, the sperm viability（49.54±14.52）%,（t=4.518, P0.001）, class a sperm（23.20±13.69）%,（t=7.063, P0.001）, class（a＋b）sperm（38.25±13.16）%,（t=5.695, P0.001）were obviously improved（P〈0.05）, and the semen volume（3.15±1.37）m L,（t=0.735,P=0.465） and sperm density（ 63.75±43.11）×106/m L,（t=1.289, P=0.201） were improved to a certain degree（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The shengjing capsule combined with vitamin E can promote the spermatogenesis and effectively improve the semen quality, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
