液氮冷冻与美宝湿润烧伤膏联合治疗外阴尖锐湿疣的临床疗效与护理

Clinical Curative Effect and Nursing of Liquid Nitrogen Frozen Combined with Meibao Moist Burn Cream in Treatment of Vulva Condyloma Acuminatum

目的分析外阴尖锐湿疣联合液氮冷冻与美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗的临床效果与护理干预。方法 2014年1月—2017年9月,于该院收治的外阴尖锐湿疣患者中方便选取100例,以患者的治疗方式作为依据,将其分为两组,两组患者醋酸白试验阳性区、疣体、根部采用液氮冷冻法进行治疗,在此基础上,观察组患者在创面均匀涂抹美宝湿润烧伤膏,对照组没有外用药物治疗,对其临床治疗效果进行探究,并且寻找针对性的护理方式。结果观察组患者皮肤创面平均愈合时间为(1.36±0.62)周,短于对照组的(2.78±0.98)周,差异有统计学意义(t=8.658 5,P=0.000 0)。结论外阴尖锐湿疣联合液氮冷冻与美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗的效果显著,配合科学合理的护理干预有利于进一步提高临床疗效。

Objective To analyze the curative effect and nursing of liquid nitrogen frozen combined with meibao moist burn cream in treatment of vulva condyloma acuminatum. Methods 100 cases of patients with vulva condyloma acuminatum admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to September 2017 were convenient selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, both groups used the liquid nitrogen frozen in the acetic acid white test positive area, wart body and root, and the observation group evenly smeared meibao moist burn cream, and the control group did not use the external-use drugs, and the clinical treatment effect was studied, and the targeted nursing method was searched for. Results The average healing time of skin wound surface in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group [（1.36±0.62） weeks vs（2.78±0.98） weeks], and the difference was statistically significant（t=8.658 5, P=0.000 0）.Conclusion The effect of liquid nitrogen frozen combined with meibao moist burn cream in treatment of vulva condyloma acuminatum is obvious, and the scientific and rational nursing intervention is conductive to the further improvement of clinical curative effect.
