经尿道输尿管镜钬激光碎石的围术期护理对策及效果研究

Research on Perioperative Nursing Strategies and Effect of Transurethral Ureteroscopy Holmium Laser Lithotripsy

目的研究经尿道输尿管镜的钬激光碎石围手术期护理对策和效果。方法分析方便选取的该院于2016年12月—2018年1月选择经尿道输尿管镜的钬激光碎石手术治疗212例患者资料,按照不同护理方案分成两组,将行常规护理106例患者作为对照组,将行围手术期护理106例患者作为观察组,比较两组心理状态、护理满意度和并发症。结果观察组抑郁、焦虑心理评分(35.20±1.06)分、(33.50±2.15)分均比对照组(50.23±2.10)分、(51.35±2.26)分低(t=65.782 1、58.915 9),且护理满意度98.11%比对照组82.08%高(χ~2=15.275 0,P<0.05);观察组总并发症率2.83%比对照组17.92%低(χ~2=12.983 7,P<0.05)。结论经尿道输尿管镜的钬激光碎石围手术期护理效果佳,可改善患者不良心理,提高满意度和减少并发症的发生,具较高推广价值。

Objective To research the perioperative nursing strategies and effect of transurethral ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy. Methods 212 cases of patients with transurethral ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2016 to January 2018 were convenient selected and divided into two groups with 106 cases in each according to different nursing plans, the control group used the routine nursing, while the observation group used the perioperative nursing, and the mental state, nursing satisfactory degree and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The depression and anxiety scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group[（35.20±1.06）points,（33.50±2.15）points vs（50.23±2.10）points,（51.35 ±2.26）points]（t=65.782 1, 58.915 9）, and the nursing satisfactory degree was higher than that in the control group（98.11% vs 82.08%）（χ~2=15.275 0,P〈0.05）; and the total complication rate was lower than that in the control group（2.83% vs 17.92%）（χ~2=12.983 7,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of perioperative nursing of transurethral ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy is good, which can improve the adverse mental state and improve the satisfactory degree and reduce the occurrence of complications, with higher promotion value.
