急诊危重患者抢救中全程护理的应用效果

Application Effect of Whole-course Nursing in the Rescue of Emergency Critical Patients

目的采用随机对照试验探究全程护理在急诊危重患者抢救中的应用效果。方法方便选取2015年5月—2016年5月间来该院急诊科就诊的50例危重患者为该研究的受试对象,随机分为实验组25例,对照组25例,给予对照组受试对象以常规护理,给予实验组受试对象以全程护理,统计比较两组患者的抢救成功率与护理满意度。结果实验组受试对象中抢救成功人数为24例,抢救成功率为96%,对照组受试对象中抢救成功人数为19例,抢救成功率为76%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.152 8,P=0.041 5<0.05)。实验组受试对象中非常满意14例,满意9例,不满意2例,满意度为92%;对照组受试对象中非常满意7例,满意10例,不满意8例,满意度为68%,实验组的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.500 0,P=0.033 8<0.05)。结论全程护理可提高对急诊危重患者的抢救成功率,提高患者及家属对护理的满意度,提高危重患者的生存率,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To study the application effect of whole-course nursing in the rescue of emergency critical patients by the random and comparison test. Methods 50 cases of emergency critical patients in our hospital from May 2015 to May2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing, while the experimental group used the whole-course nursing, and the rescue success rate and nursing satisfactory degree of the two groups were counted and compared. Results The rescue success rate in the experimental group and in the control group was respectively 96% and 76%（24 cases vs 19 cases）, and the difference was statistically significant（χ~2=4.152 8, P=0.041 50.05）, in the experimental group, 14 cases were very satisfied, 9 cases were satisfied, 2 cases were unsatisfied, and the satisfied degree was 92%, and in the control group, 7 cases were very satisfied, 10 cases were satisfied, 8 cases were unsatisfied, and the satisfied degree was 68%, and the satisfactory degree in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（χ~2=4.500 0, P=0.033 8 0.05）. Conclusion The whole-course nursing can improve the rescue success rate of emergency critical patients and improve the satisfactory degree of patients and family to nursing, survival rate of critical patients and quality of life of patients.
