摘要
目的探讨18导联动态心电图在诊断心血管疾病中的效果,总结分析其临床应用推广的价值。方法在2017年1—12月方便选取该院心内科收治心血管疾病患者168例作为研究对象,所有患者均经临床综合诊断确诊病情,所选患者入院后均先后行常规心电图、12导联动态心电图、15导联动态心电图和18导联动态心电图检查;统计4种心电图检查的结果,计算并比较其准确性、特异性和灵敏性。结果与其他心电图检查相比,18导联心电图检查的准确性(88.69%)、灵敏性(83.33%)和特异性(90.48%)最高,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。结论 18导联动态心电图诊断心血管疾病效果显著,准确性、灵敏性和特异性均较高,具有操作简单、方便快捷且安全性高的特点,是目前诊断心血管疾病的最佳检测手段,优势明显值得在临床上广泛推行。
Objective To study the effect of 18-lead dynamic electrocardiography in diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases and summarize and analyzed the clinical application and promotion value. Methods 168 cases of patients with cardiovascular diseases admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were convenient selected, and the diseases of all patients were confirmed according to the clinical general diagnosis, and all patient underwent the routine electrocardiography, 12-lead dynamic electrocardiography, 15-lead dynamic electrocardiography and 18-lead dynamic electrocardiography, and the results of the four types were counted, and the accuracy, specificity and sensitivity were calculated and compared. Results The accuracy(88.69%), sensitivity(83.33%) and specificity(90.48%) of 18-lead dynamic electrocardiography were the highest compared with the other electrocardiography, and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.002). Conclusion The effect of 18-lead dynamic electrocardiography in diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases is obvious,with higher accuracy, sensitivity and specificity, with characteristics of simple operation, convenience and high safety, and it is the best test diagnosis means of cardiovascular diseases currently, and it can be promoted and applied in clinic.
