健康体检中超声检查对于乳腺疾病漏诊情况的因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨在健康体检中采用超声检查对于乳腺疾病漏诊情况的因素。方法通过查阅该院自2013年7月—2016年5月来院进行乳腺健康体检的受检者情况来进行回顾性的分析,并对超声检查的结果进行比较。结果通过这次研究得出漏诊乳腺疾病的因素有影像分析的失误、机器技术、患者因素和病变及检查者的手法和经验等,通过该研究得出影响分析的失误7例,机器技术18例,患者自身因素30例,患者病变32例,患者在今后乳腺超声检查时应当做好预防措施,减少漏诊情况。结论该研究通过对该院健康体检中对乳腺疾病的漏诊情况的因素进行了总结归纳,以期为临床诊断提供依据,减少失误,现报告如下。 Objective To study the ultrasound examination in misdiagnosis of breast diseases in the healthy physical examination. Methods The subjects for breast healthy physical examination in our hospital from July 2013 to May 2016 were reviewed, and the results of ultrasound examination were compared. Results The research showed that the factors of misdiagnosed breast diseases were the errors of imaging analysis, mechanical technology, factor of patients, lesions, and technology and experience of examiners, and the research showed that errors in 7 cases, mechanical technology in 18 cases, patient factor in 30 cases and lesion in 32 cases, and the patients should do well in the prevention measures and reduce the misdiagnosis in the breast ultrasound examination. Conclusion The paper summarizes the misdiagnosis situation of breast disease in the healthy physical examination in order to provide basis for the clinical diagnosis and reduce the errors, reported as follows.
