冠心病心律失常的动态心电图与常规心电图应用比较研究

Research on Comparison of Application of Dynamic Electrocardiogram and Routine Electrocardiogram in Coronary Heart Disease Arrhythmia

目的该实验的课题主要探讨冠心病心律失常的动态心电图与常规心电图应用对比。方法根据随机数字法随机选取该院2015年2月—2017年3月期间收治的50例冠心病心律失常患者,并分别应用常规心电图与动态心电图对所有患者进行检测,对比2种不同检测方式阳性检出率以及冠心病心律失常检出情况。结果采用动态心电图进行检测后,50例患者的阳性检出率为62.00%,远高于常规心电图的42.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且动态心电图在房性早搏成对、二、三联;室性成对、二、三联以及短阵室上阵的检出率远高于常规心电图,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动态心电图能够准确监测出患者的心电信号变化情况,提高冠心病心律失常患者的阳性检出率,具有较高的推广价值。

Objective To mainly study the application comparison of application of dynamic electrocardiogram and routine electrocardiogram in coronary heart disease arrhythmia. Methods 50 cases of patients with coronary heart disease arrhythmia admitted randomly and treated in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, respectively used routine electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram, and the positive test rate and test of coronary heart disease arrhythmia were compared between the two groups. Results After test of dynamic electrocardiogram, the positive test rate of 50 cases was much higher than that of routine electrocardiogram（62.00% vs 42.00%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the test rate of dynamic electrocardiogram in premature atrial contraction pair, bigeminy and trigeminy, ventricular couplets, bigeminy and trigeminy was much higher than that of routine electrocardiogram, and the difference between groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The dynamic electrocardiogram can accurately monitor the changes of electrocardiosignal, and improve the positive test rate of patients with coronary heart disease arrhythmia, which is of higher clinical promotion value.
