超声波鼻炎治疗仪治疗常年变应性鼻炎效果分析

Analysis of Effect of Ultrasonic Rhinitis Therapeutic Apparatus in Treatment of Perennial Allergic Rhinitis

目的探讨常年变应性鼻炎采取超声波鼻炎治疗仪治疗的疗效。方法方便选取60例该院接收的常年性变应性鼻炎患者,入院时间均为2016年3月—2017年3月期间,随机分为对照组(n=30,予以药物治疗)与观察组(n=30,予以超声波鼻炎治疗仪治疗),观察疗效。结果治疗后1、6、12个月时,观察组临床有效率为93.3%、86.7%、83.3%,对照组为80.0%、66.7%、50.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=18.85、11.19、24.94,P<0.05);治疗后1个月、6个月、12个月时,观察组症状总积分为(4.15±0.32)分、(4.16±0.24)分、(4.12±0.32)分,对照组为(6.12±0.35)分、(5.96±0.35)分、(5.89±0.25)分,观察组同时段症状积分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-22.75、-23.23、-23.87,P<0.05)。结论对常年变应性鼻炎患者采取超声波鼻炎治疗仪治疗,疗效显著,安全性高,具有推广价值。

Objective To study the curative effect of ultrasonic rhinitis therapeutic apparatus in treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis. Methods 60 cases of patients with perennial allergic rhinitis admitted conveniently and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the control group used the drugs for treatment, while the observation group were treated with ultrasonic rhinitis therapeutic apparatus,and the curative effect was observed. Results The clinical effective rates in 1 month, 6 months and 12 months after treatment in the observation group and in the control group were respectively 93.3%, 86.7%, 83.3% vs 80.0%, 66.7%, 50.0%,and the differences were statisitcally significant（χ2=18.85,11.19,24.94,P〈0.05）, and the total score of symptoms in the observation group and in the control group in 1 month, 6 months and 12 months after treatment were respectively [（4.15±0.32）marks,（4.16 ±0.24）points,（4.12 ±0.32）points] vs [（6.12 ±0.35）points,（5.96 ±0.35）points,（5.89 ±0.25）points] and the score of symptoms at the same period in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statisitcally significant（t=-22.75,-23.23,-23.87, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of ultrasonic rhinitis therapeutic apparatus in treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis is obvious, with high safety, and it is of promotion value.
