输卵管切除术对卵巢功能影响研究进展

Research Progress of Effect of Salpingectomy on Ovarian Function

输卵管切除术是妇科临床上的常用术式之一。输卵管的动脉分布,主要有子宫动脉分支及卵巢动脉的伞支分布,二者之间互相吻合成网,输卵管的静脉一部分入子宫阴道静脉丛,另一部分入卵巢静脉丛。因而在输卵管切除术中阻断输卵管系膜血液供应可能会影响旁路血流进而直接损害卵巢组织,但是输卵管切除是否影响卵巢功能尚无定论。故该文基于近年来对输卵管切除术对卵巢功能影响的研究做一综述。

Salpingectomy is one of the most commonly used surgical procedures in gynecology. Tubal artery distribution,mainly including the branch of the uterine artery and distribution of the parachute branch of the ovarian artery, and the two are anastomosed to each other into a network, featured as part of the fallopian tube vein into the uterus, the other part into the ovarian venous plexus. Therefore, blocking the fallopian tube blood supply during tubal excision may affect the blood flow to the bypass thus directly damaging the ovarian tissue, but whether tubal excision affects ovarian function is inconclusive. This paper elaborates the effect of salpingectomy on ovarian function in recent years.
