吴茱萸贴敷对经尿道前列腺切除术后胃肠功能恢复的影响

Application of acupoint application with Evodia Rutaecarpa on rehabilitation of gastrointestinal function after transurethral resection of prostate

目的探讨吴茱萸贴敷神阙穴在促进经尿道前列腺切除术后胃肠功能恢复的作用。方法 81例经尿道前列腺切除手术患者分为观察组40例和对照组41例。对照组术后采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用中药吴茱萸磨粉贴敷神阙穴。观察2组患者术后首次肛门排气时间。结果观察组患者术后首次肛门排气时间(25.74±9.72)h,低于对照组的(30.93±12.35)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吴茱萸贴敷神阙穴可有效促进经尿道前列腺切除术后肠功能恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application with Evodia Rutaecarpa on rehabilitation of gastrointestinal function after transurethral resection of prostate（ TURP）.Methods Totally 81 patients undergoing TURP were assigned to the observation group（ n = 40）and the control group（ n = 41）. Both two groups received routine care after surgery,and the observation group was given acupoint-application with Evodia Rutaecarpa. The anus exhausting time was observed and compared between two groups. Results The anus exhausting time was（25. 74 ± 9. 72） h in the observation group and was（30. 93 ± 12. 35） h in the control group,with a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The acupoint application with Evodia Rutaecarpa is effective to improve the rehabilitation of gastrointestinal function after TURP.
