中频电刺激天枢穴治疗老年便秘的效果观察及护理

Effect of acupuncture with medium frequency electrotherapy in treatment of constipation in the elderly and related nursing management

目的探讨中频电刺激天枢穴治疗老年便秘的效果,总结相关护理措施。方法选取心血管科收治的74例合并便秘的老年患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各37例。对照组给予常规药物治疗和综合护理干预。观察组在对照组基础上配合中频电刺激天枢穴治疗。记录干预前后患者便秘症状积分,评估疗效。结果干预后观察组便秘症状积分(4.78±1.25)分,低于对照组的(6.20±1.75)分(P<0.05)。疗效评价结果显示,观察组总有效率高于对照组(91.90%vs.75.68%,P<0.05)。结论中频电刺激天枢穴治疗老年便秘安全有效,联合综合护理干预措施能进一步改善心内科老年患者便秘症状。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture at Tianshu（ ST 25） with medium frequency electrotherapy in treatment of constipation in the elderly,and to summarize related nursing management. Methods Totally 74 elderly patients with cardiovascular disease and constipation were assigned to the observation group and the control group,with 37 cases in each group. Both two groups received drug treatment and comprehensive nursing care,and the acupuncture at Tianshu（ ST 25） with medium frequency electrotherapy was carried out in the observation group. The clinical efficacy of the intervention was evaluated by using constipation symptom scale. Results The total score of constipation symptom scale was（4. 78 ± 1. 25） in the observation group and was（6. 20 ± 1. 75） in the control group,with a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The overall effective rate was higher in the observation group than that of the control group（91. 90% vs. 75. 68%,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The acupuncture with medium frequency electrotherapy is effective and safe in treatment of constipation. It is also required to carry out comprehensive nursing interventions during treatment.
