摘要
目的探讨安全宣教改进方案在半开放病房抑郁障碍患者管理中的效果。方法将2014年1月—2015年12月收治的抑郁症患者及陪护各132名设为对照组,采用常规安全宣教。将2016年3月—2017年12月收治的患者及陪护各159名设为研究组,采用安全宣教改进方案。比较2组安全管理效果。结果研究组查交危险物品件数、未交待他人看护私自离开患者且时间较长人次、外出未同时回归病房人次、陪护服用药物不当放置人次4项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者自伤1例,跌倒1例,未发生出走事件。对照组患者自伤8例,跌倒5例,出走5例。研究组相关不良事件控制较对照组好。结论实施安全宣教改进方案系列措施,可以提升陪护安全防范意识、强化不同层面人员的安全管理职能,一定程度地降低抑郁障碍患者安全管理中的护理风险。
Objective To investigate the effect of safety education improvement project in management of patients with depression in semi-open wards. Methods From January,2014 to December,2015,132 patients with depression and their accompanying dependents were involved as the control group. From March,2016 to December,2017,159 patients with depression and their accompanying dependents were involved as the study group. The routine safety education was carried out in both two groups,and the safety education improvement project was performed in the study group. Results The study group achieved a better effect of safety management compared with that of controls in terms of confiscated dangerous articles,companying dependents away from patients for a long time without authorization,going out of hospital without return and improper placement of drugs( P〈0. 05). The incidences of fall and attempted suicide in the observation group(0. 63% and 0. 63%) were lower than those of the control groups(6. 06% and3. 79%). There were 5 cases of run-away behaviors in the conservation group. Conclusion The improvement measures of safety education can reinforce safety consciousness of accompanying dependents,strengthen the safety management function of personnel and reduce the nursing risk in the safety management of patients with depression.
