集束化护理预防中心静脉导管相关性血流感染的效果

Effects of the care bundles on prevention of central venous catheter-related blood stream infection

目的探讨集束化护理措施在预防中心静脉导管相关性血流感染(CRBSI)中的效果。方法医院ICU 2016年6月—11月收治142例患者为对照组,2017年6月―11月收治的155例为观察组。患者均接受中心静脉置管患,对照组置管期间实施常规护理,观察组患者采取集束化护理措施。对比2组CRBSI发生情况。结果观察组CRBSI发生率0.83‰,低于对照组的2.72‰(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理措施能有效降低ICU患者CRBSI发生风险。

Objective To investigate the effect of care bundles on prevention of central venous catheter-related blood stream infection（ CRBSI） in ICU patients. Methods Totally 142 ICU patients with central venous catheterization（ CVC） were selected as the control group between June,2016 and November,2016,and another 155 patients with CVC were recruited as the observation group between June,2017 and November,2017. The routine care on CVC was performed in the control group,and the CVC care bundles was carried out in the observation group.To compare the incidence rate of CRBSI between two groups. Results The incidence rate of CRBSI was 0. 83‰ in the observation group,which was lower than 2. 72‰ in the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The care bundles are potentially effective to reduce the risk of CRBSI in ICU patients with CVC.
