黄金微针射频在面部年轻化治疗中的效果及护理

The microneedle radiofrequency in the treatment of photoaging of facial skin and related nursing management

目的总结黄金微针射频技术在面部年轻化治疗中应用及护理体会。方法回顾分析35例黄金射频微针治疗面部年轻化患者的临床资料,做好患者健康状况评估,给予心理护理、疼痛干预和并发症预防,出院院后开展随访。结果 35例患者面部均未发生感染、色沉、皮疹,且疗程结束后1周35例患者面部皮肤肤质改善、细纹减少,脸部轮廓明显紧致。结论做好治疗前患者评估和围手术期护理,加强离院后宣教护理,对预防术后并发症、确保治疗效果具有积极意义。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of microneedle radiofrequency in the treatment of photoaging of facial skin,and to summarize related nursing measures. Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 35 cases with microneedle radiofrequency therapy for photoaging of facial skin. Nursing interventions mainly included Psychological support,pain control,prevention on complications and health education during follow-up. Results There was no case with facial infection,hyperpigmentation or rash after treatment. All patients received a sound improvement in facial skin quality,with less appearance of skin wrinkles and better facial contours shape. Conclusion The preoperative evaluation,perioperative nursing and health education after discharge are key issues to prevent the postoperative complications in microneedle radiofrequency therapy.
