不良事件培训与管理系统应用于护理实习生安全管理

Implementation of training and management system on nursing adverse events in the safety management of nursing students during internship

目的应用不良事件培训与管理系统对护理实习生进行安全教育与管理,探索提高实习生安全意识、降低护理不良事件发生率的培养模式。方法构建包括不良事件上报、经典案例分享、视频下载、知识更新、讨论专区五大模块的护理不良事件培训与管理系统,选取护理不良事件培训与管理系统应用后2016级护理实习生173名和系统应用前2015级实习生196名,对比实习生不良事件的发生率,同时应用质性研究方法评价系统使用效果。结果 2016级实习生不良事件发生率为9.83%,低于2015级的19.90%(P<0.05)。访谈结果显示,实习生普遍表示使用满意、提高自身安全意识,具有效果好、省时、省力、高效的优势。结论护理不良事件培训与管理系统的应用提高了实习生的安全意识、综合素质和风险意识,降低了护理不良事件的发生率。

Objective To evaluate the training and management system on nursing adverse events（ AEs） in the safety management of nursing students during internship. Methods To build the training and management system,which was consist of AEs reporting,typical case sharing,video downloading,knowledge updating and discussion. The incidence of AEs among 196 nursing students from grade 2016 was observed and compared with that of 173 nursing students from grade2015. The qualitative research was conducted to evaluate the application effect of training and management system. Results The incidence of AEs was 9. 83% in 196 nursing students from grade 2016,which was lower than 19. 90% of 173 nursing students from grade 2015（ P〈0. 05）.The qualitative research showed that nursing students recognized the training and management system as a high-effective and timesaving training tool. Conclusion The training and management system on AEs is effective to enhance the risk awareness and comprehensive ability of nursing students.
