Reviewon complications of totally implantable venous access port devices in breast cancer patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy and related countermeasures

本文就乳腺癌术后化疗应用完全植入式输液港的并发症进行简要归类,并结合既往文献和医院科室经验总结相应护理干预对策。护理人员应根据不同的并发症采取对应的护理对策,加强观察,规范操作,积极预防输液港并发症。

This paper summarized and categorized the complications induced by implantation of the totally implantable venous access port devices（ TIVADs）,and provided related countermeasures according to the published studies and practical experience in daily nursing. Nurses should enhance the monitoring on patients,regulate the implantation and maintenance of TIVADs and take corresponding measures to prevent the complications of TIVADs.
