摘要
技能型、应用型人才是文物保护事业持续快速发展的基础。文章以天水师范学院为例,阐述了在文物保护人才培养方面,通过加大实践教学改革力度,转变实践教学思维,加强实践教学师资队伍建设,提高校外实践基地的参与度和利用率,尝试构建"分层次-递进式"的实践教学模式等举措,有力地促进了学生从被动接受型向主动探索型转变,有效地提高了学生的实践能力及就业竞争力,为文物保护人才的培养作出了有益的探索。
Skilled and applied talents are the basis of the development of cultural relic preservation rapidly. This paper takes Tianshui Normal University as an example, and discusses some measures on the side of cultivating talents of culrural relics preservation. These measures were put into effect, such as enhancing the reform of practice teaching, changing the practice teaching thinking, strengthening the construction of practical teaching staff, and increasing the participation and utilization of practice bases, and trying to construct the teaching mode of "hierarchical progressive". It made a useful exploration for the cultivation of talents of cultural relics preservation, not only promoted the students from passive acceptance to active exploration, but also improved the students' practical ability and employment competitiveness effectively.
