大栅栏地区老字号绸布庄的保护研究

Research on the Protection of the Time-honored Brand Silk Cloth Shops in Dashilanr Area

前门商业街是古今中外唯一具有北京传统历史文化的商业街,而著名的大栅栏地区已有500多年的历史。老北京"八大祥"中的谦祥益、瑞蚨祥、祥义号3家绸布庄均坐落在大栅栏商业街上,在历经了百年的发展之后,其商业现状、保护观念、传承方式都在发生变化。对3家绸布庄的文物建筑价值认定和保护等方面的研究,都需要结合文物建筑传统价值分析和文物历史发展状况进行补充及修正。文章结合对绸布庄的文物本体认定调研,从文物建筑价值探索与分析、文物保护理念选择、建筑遗产传承与保护方法3个方面来探讨绸布庄的保护问题。

Qian Men Commercial Street is the only commercial street with traditional Beijing historical and cultural heritage at all times and in all places. The famous Dashilanr Street has a history of more than 500 years. Qian Xiang Yi, Rui Fu Xiang and Xiang Yi Hao, three Silk Cloth Shops of Old Beijing＇s ＂Ba Da Xiang＂, are located in Dashilanr Commercial Street. After a hundred years＇ development, the business status quo, the concept of protection and the way of inheritance are changing. The research on the determination and protection of the cultural value of the three Silk Cloth Shops need to be supplemented and amended according to the traditional value analysis of the heritage buildings and the historical development of the cultural relics. Based on the investigation on the identification of the cultural relics of Silk Cloth Shops, this article discusses the protection of the Silk Cloth Shops from three aspects： the exploration and analysis, the choice of cultural relics preservation and the inheritance of architectural heritage.
