基于古村落振兴的旧村改造设计——浅谈广东省惠州市马安县新楼村改造

在党的十九大"古村落振兴"战略的引导下,建设美丽新农村被提上了日程。文章在对农村现状和古村落振兴政策研究的基础上,提出了旧村改造的几个原则,并以广东省惠州市马安县新楼村的改造为例,对旧村改造进行探索,提出相应的改造措施。

Under the guidance of the nineteen party＇s strategy of revitalizing ancient villages, the construction of beautiful new countryside has been put on the agenda. On the basis of the study of the rural status and the policy of revitalization of ancient villages, the article puts forward several principles for the transformation of the old village, and takes the transformation of the new building village in Ma An county, Huizhou, Guangdong as an example, to explore the transformation of the old village and put forward the corresponding reform measures.
