Maintenance Time of Invalid and Effective Patents of Sports Goods Manufacturing Industry

运用Soopat网站专利检索系统检索1985—2016年我国授权的体育用品制造业发明专利,从专利维持时间、不同维持时间段终止专利数量和有效专利数量分布等视角对中国授权的体育用品制造业及所属球类制造业、体育器材及配件制造业、训练健身器材制造业、运动防护用具制造业、其他体育用品制造业有效专利和终止专利分别进行研究。结果表明:体育用品制造整体产业有效专利存量较大,专利运用活动活跃;体育器材及配件制造业专利有效率最低,该领域技术壁垒相对较弱;球类制造业与训练健身器材制造业有效专利发挥潜在价值的剩余寿命较长;运动防护用具制造业终止专利中高质量专利比重相对较高,其他体育用品制造业专利整体质量高。

The authorized sports goods manufacturing patents authorized in China from 1985 to 2016 was retrieved throughthe Soopat patent retrieval system so as to research into the effective and invalid patents of sporting goods manufacturingand its subordinate ball manufacturing, sports equipment and accessories manufacturing, training and fitness equipmentmanufacturing, sports protective gear manufacturing and other sports goods manufacturing industry from the patent maintenancetime佲 the distribution of invalid and effective patents at different maintenance times and other perspective. The resultsshowed that the effective patent stock was large and the activity of patent application was active. The effective rate ofpatent was the lowest in sports equipment and accessories manufacturing industry. The technical problems were easy tosolve. The effective values of patent of the ball manufacturing industry, of training and fitness equipment manufacturingindustry was relatively enduring. The proportion of high quality patents was relatively higher in the sports protective gearmanufacturing industry, and the overall quality of other sporting goods manufacturing patent was high.
