摘要
随着全国青少年校园足球特色学校规模的不断扩大,富有足球天赋的优秀苗子会不断涌现,我国青少年足球训练中心的建设与发展趋势势不可挡。运用文献资料法、访谈法和现场考察法等研究方法对英国足球青训学院新的分类系统及新的分类系统下各类足球学院管理评价模式进行实证研究。研究认为:英国足球青训学院依据关键绩效产出理论划分为4类足球学院,其不同的培养模式体现了新分类系统的完整性、科学性和可操作性;基于10项关键业绩指标体系下的英国足球青训学院管理模式具有客观性与严谨性等特点,可为我国各级各类青少年足球训练中心制度的建立与完善提供一定的理论指导和实践参考。
With the continuous expansion of the national youth football schools, football talents will be cultivated, it is necessaryto build juvenile football training center. In this paper, the researches into new classification system and the newclassification system under all kinds of institutional football management evaluation model of the British Football Academywere made through literature review, interview and field study. The British Football Academy is divided into four categoriesbased on key performance output theory. The different talent cultivation model embodies the new classification sy stem, which proves to be complete, scientific and feasible. The management mode based on 10 key performance index isobjective and precise, which can provides theoretical and practical guidance for the establishment and perfection of systemof juvenile football training centers in China.
