摘要 由于动力卡盘存在使用寿命短、易故障的缺点,严重影响了我国高速高精机床的生产及应用。针对存在的问题,研发液压动力卡盘综合试验机,旨在更加高效地检测液压精密动力卡盘各项性能指标,为动力卡盘综合性能的提升奠定基础。对液压动力卡盘的结构进行介绍,主要从主轴基本参数、液压系统和检测系统装置三方面对液压动力卡盘综合试验机总方案进行设计,通过对比采集得到的测试机的性能指标数据,验证了液压精密动力卡盘几何精度、卡盘精度、1μm高速夹持精度、夹紧力和极限转速等项目检测要求。这为提高高速精密动力卡盘的各项性能指标奠定了良好的基础,具有较好的应用价值。 The power-operated chunk,with the disadvantages of short-living and easy to fault,seriously affects the production and application of high speed and high precision machine tool. In view of the existing problems,the hydraulic power-operated chunk integrated tester was developed,which was used to test performances index of the hydraulic power-operated chunk and laid a foundation for combination properties' improvement. The structure of the hydraulic power-operated chunk was introduced. The overall planning was designed from basic parameters of main spindle,hydraulic system and measuring system. By comparing the performances index data of the integrated tester,the test requirements of the hydraulic power-operated chunk were verified including the geometric accuracy,chuck's precision,clamping force and the utmost limit rotate speed. It lays a foundation for the improvement of the power-operated chunk's performances index,and has a good using value.
