摘要
为解决金属切削废料的分类压制问题,更好地实现材料的回收再利用,开发一种新型的基于PLC的金属分类压块机。介绍该装置的机械系统结构、工作流程、液压系统构成、PLC控制系统及工作原理。该压块机既可手动操作又可自动操作压块,适用性比较强,大大提高了稳定性和生产效率,便于企业的普及应用。
A new type of metal classification briquetting machine based on PLC,which was used to solve the problem of classification suppression of metal-slicing waste,was developed to achieve the goal of recycling and reuse. Mechanical system structure,working process,hydraulic system structure,PLC controlling system and the working principle of the equipment were introduced. The block-press machine,which can be operated manually and automatically,is good for popularization and application because of its improved stability and production efficiency,as well as its strong functional applicability.
