摘要
通过UG建模、参数设计和走刀路线仿真,将参数优化用于660MW气缸模样的建模设计过程。采用五坐标数控龙门铣床,选择合适的刀具进行模样集成化加工,通过优化刀具运动轨迹,加工后产品参数完全符合图纸要求,产品外观优良;模样分块加工后装配质量稳定可靠,相对于此类模样传统加工方式,产品不合格率降低约90%,加工效率提高约50%。此方案大大提高加工效率及加工表面质量,为其他大型模样的加工提供了参考。
Through UG modeling,parameter calculation and path simulation,the parameters were optimized for the 660 MW cylinder pattern design process. Five-axis CNC milling machine and suitable tools were selected for integrated processing of the cylinder pattern. Through optimizing tool path,the product geometric parameters are fully met the requirements of the design drawings,the appearance is good. After block processing,the assembly quality is stable and reliable. Compared to the traditional processing mode,the products produced failure rate is decreased about 90%,processing efficiency is increased about 50%. Improving the processing efficiency and surface quality,this program provides reference for other large-scale processing.
