摘要
为了研究集成式高温不压井修井机控制系统性能的稳定性,针对修井设备的工作环境及工艺要求,对修井机的整体控制结构进行分析。根据修井设备的工作原理,分析控制系统的结构框图,然后对系统中起升系统、强制起下系统、井架系统和液压泵站内主要的液压设备与电气设备进行适当分析,同时,根据设备执行功能选取液压缸,并设定液压缸的流量大小。最后,得到修井设备过程控制的可行性。
In order to study stability of control system performance of the integrated high-temperature not pressure well workover rig,aiming at the work environment and process requirements of workover equipment,the overall control structure of the workover rig was analyzed. According to the working principle of the workover equipment,the block diagram of the control system was analyzed.Then the lifting system,compulsory lifting system,derrick system and hydraulic pump station main hydraulic equipment and electrical equipment were analyzed properly. Meanwhile,a hydraulic cylinder was selected according to the device executing function and the flow rate of the hydraulic cylinder was set. Finally,the feasibility of the process control of the workover equipment was obtained.
