摘要
目前我国铸件的清理仍以手工打磨为主,造成生产效率低、产品一致性差等问题,因此非常有必要研究和开发具有自主知识产权的全自动铸件清理设备。以汽车刹车支架为研究对象,通过分析其打磨工艺流程,采用Beckhoff嵌入式控制系统,设计并开发了相应的硬件系统和控制软件,实现了该产品的全自动打磨。现该系统已在工程稳定运行了6个月,能有效地降低打磨成本、加快生产节拍,同时为设备间的互通互联提供了硬件保障。
Presently,the casting cleaning in our country mainly depends on manual polishing,which brings some problems such as low efficiency and poor product consistency. Therefore it's very important to research and develop automatic equipment for casting cleaning. To achieve fully automatic polishing for brake stents,the hardware system and control software based on Beckhoff embedded control system were designed and developed after analyzing its polishing process. The system has run six months stably,by which not only the pace of production is accelerated and the polishing cost is reduced,but also hardware condition is provided for equipment connection.
