摘要
利用以太网技术读写数控机床参数,对其进行状态监控、故障诊断与设备管理等,使管理和维护人员摆脱地理位置和条件的限制,有效地实现资源共享和优化分析,及时排除故障,延长设备寿命,提高企业效益,为快速高效地培养技术全面的数控机床高级人员提供技术支持。
Ethernet technology was used to read and write CNC machine parameters,to complete state monitor,fault diagnosis and equipment management. So maintenance personnel can get rid of limit from geographical position and conditions,resource sharing and optimization analysis can be effectively realized,troubleshooting can completed timely,the service life of equipment can be prolonged,enterprise efficiency can be improved. It provides technical support for quick and efficient training senior comprehensive technology personnel for CNC machine tools.
