摘要
对于一般的刀杆,在长径比超过4倍的深孔镗削过程中刀具通常会产生振颤,使得加工质量无法保证。一般情况下,影响金属加工表面的质量因素有机床本身、系统伺服调整、刀具、被加工工件以及其他的外界干扰等。通过调整与主轴速度控制相关PMC信号相适应的频率响应,充分应用CNC有关数字式伺服主轴振动抑制功能,解决了生产实际应用中的振颤问题。
For general tool rod,in the boring process of deep hole,cutter with the length to diameter ratio of more than four times often produce shaking,making the processing quality cannot be guaranteed. Under normal circumstances,the factors influencing the quality of the surface are the metal processing machines,servo system adjustment,cutting tools,machining parts and other interference,etc. By adjusting the frequency response corresponding to PMC signal related to spindle speed control,the digital servo spindle vibration inhibition function was applied fully. Then the vibration problem in actual production application is solved.
