摘要
目的了解中医药大学学生对慢性疾病的认识以及采取预防措施的现状,提出关于大学生预防慢性疾病的建议。方法运用问卷调查的方法,于2017年2月调查湖北中医药大学400名学生对慢性疾病认识与预防行为的情况,统计分析他们的日常不良行为现状。结果 400名学生的日常不良行为以熬夜、锻炼少、暴饮暴食为主。在对慢性疾病认识深刻度方面,医药专业为77.5%,非医药专业为34.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);非医药专业1~4学年学生对慢性疾病的认识深刻度分别为18.0%、20.0%、42.0%、58.0%。在对慢性疾病预防积极性方面,医药专业为65.5%,非医药专业为38.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);非医药专业1~4学年学生预防慢性疾病的积极性分别为20.0%、26.0%、46.0%、62.0%。结论不论在慢性病的认识上还是预防上,医药专业的大学生都更加了解和积极预防;随着年级的升高,大学生对慢性病的认识越来越深刻,同时预防慢性病也更为积极。
Objective The aim of this study is to explore the present situation of cognition andprevention of chronic diseases in college students, and make recommendations of chronic diseases control.Methods Fur hundred college students from Hubei University of traditional Chinese medicine were surveyed byquestionnaire to find the behaviors of chronic diseases control.Results The bad living habits mainly includedstaying up late, exercising less and overeating. 77.5% of the students majored in medicine had immenseknowledge on chronic diseases control compared with 34.5% for the ones with non'medical majorswhose awarenessrates reached 18.0%, 20.0%, 42.0%, 58.0% for each grade respectively. In the aspects of chronic diseasesprevention, 65.5% of the students majored in medicine had the better understanding compared with 38.5% forthe ones with non'medical majors whose awareness rates reached 20.0%, 26.0%, 46.0%, 62.0% for each graderespectively.And through statistical analysis, there are differences in the understanding of chronic diseases amongthe medical and non medical majors, the difference is statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05), and there are alsodifferences in the prevention of chronic diseases, the difference is statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusions No matter in the understanding or prevention of chronic diseases, medical college students are more aware ofand proactive, and with the increase of grade, college students' understanding of chronic diseases is becomingmore and more profound, and the prevention of chronic diseases is also more active.
