回馈教学在肿瘤患者输液港植入后切口居家护理中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨回馈教学在肿瘤患者输液港植入后切口居家护理健康教育中的应用及效果。方法采用便利取样法,选取2016年7月至12月和2017年4月至10月在南京医科大学第一附属医院肿瘤科首次植入输液港患者的家属做为研究对象。其中2016年7月至12月收集的120名患者家属为对照组,给予常规健康教育;2017年4月至10月收集的120名患者家属为实验组,在常规健康教育基础上增加回馈教学方法。实施健康教育后,在输液港植入后切口居家换药知识和技能掌握方面,使用自制评价表进行教育效果评价。比较两组患者家属对教育后切口换药知识的掌握程度。结果对照组在技能掌握、口述及总分上分别为(22.18±2.30)分、(36.17±5.15)分和(58.35±5.69)分;实验组在技能掌握、口述及总分上分别为(33.47±2.01)分、(51.2±2.64)分和(84.67±3.84)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论回馈教学可以提高输液港植入患者家属对切口换药知识的掌握程度,方法简单实用。 Objective To explore the effects of teach-back method on home care for tumor atientsreceiving infusion port implantation. Methods From July to December 2016 and April to October 2017, aconvenient sampling method was performed to select the family member of patients who had been implanted theport for the first time in the Department of Oncology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical Universityrespectively. One hundred and twenty family members of the patients collected from July to December in 2016were included into control group and given regular health education. Another 120 family members of the patientscollected from April to October in 2017 ( experimental group) were treated with teach-back methods based onroutine health education, After the implementation of health education, the self-made tables were used to evaluatethe educational effects in the knowledge and skills of dressing for wounds after infusion port implantation Themastery degree of post-education dressing changes after education was compared between the two groups- ResultsThe results of skills, dictation, and total scores for the control group were (22.18±2.30), (36.17±5.15) and(58.35±5.69), respectively which were significantly lower than those for experimental group (33.47±2.01),(51.2± 2.64) and ( 84.67 ± 3.84),P 〈 0.05. Conclusions Teach-back method can improve the mastery ofincision dressing knowledge in patient's family of transfusion port implantation, which is simple, practical andfeasible.
