水坝式铺单法在经皮椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘髓核摘除术的应用

Application of Dam Type Sheeting for the patients treated with percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy

目的观察水坝式铺单法在经皮椎间盘髓核摘除术的应用,对于提高患者的舒适度的效果。方法 2015年1月至2017年12月南通市第三人民医院收治的50例经皮椎间盘髓核摘除术的患者,其中25例采用自创的水坝式铺单法(观察组),另25例采用常规铺单法(对照组),观察两组患者手术后身体潮湿、寒冷及低体温的发生率。结果在身体潮湿、寒冷及体温下降这些影响患者舒适度指标的发生率上,观察组低于对照组,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论水坝式铺单法能够提高患者的舒适度,增加患者满意度,提高手术室护理质量。

Objective To observe the effect of Dam Type Sheeting used in the patients eceivingercutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy. Methods From January 2015 to December 2017, 50atients treated with percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy（PTED） were analyzed retrospectively inhe third People＇s Hospital of Nantong. Twenty-five cases were treated with the method of Dam Type Sheetingobservation group）, the other 25 cases used the method of conventional sheeting （control group）. The incidencef wet, cold, and body temperature droping were compared between the two groups.Results The incident of wet,old and body temperature droping in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, theifferences were statistically significant （P〈0.01） .Conclusions The Dam Type Sheeting method can improvehe degree of comfort for patients and the quality of nursing in operating rooms.
