急性胰腺炎保守治疗应用循证护理的临床效果观察

Clinical effects of evidence-based nursing on the patients with acute pancreatitis receiving conservative treatment

目的探讨和观察急性胰腺炎保守治疗应用循证护理的临床效果。方法对2016年6月至2018年2月在南通市通州区第三人民医院接受保守治疗的46例急性胰腺炎患者采用数字表随机法进行分组,观察组和对照组各23例。对照组患者接受常规护理干预;观察组患者接受循证护理干预。比对两组患者护理干预前后的焦虑、抑郁评分情况,住院时间,护理有效率,并发症发生率情况,以及对护理工作过程的满意程度情况。结果两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分干预后均较干预前降低(P<0.05),观察组评分降低比对照组更多(P<0.05);观察组患者的住院时间较对照组缩短(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理有效率比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理工作过程的满意程度(91.30%)高于对照组(65.22%)(P<0.05)。结论急性胰腺炎保守治疗应用循证护理,能够有效缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高治疗效果,使护理满意度显著提升,值得在临床护理中积极推广。

To explore the effects of evidence-based nursing on the patients with acutepancreatitis receiving conservative treatment. Methods Forty-six cases with acute pancreatitis treated withconservative treatment in Tongzhou Third People,s Hospital from June 2016 to February 2018 were enrolled. Allthe patients were divided into observation group（ n = 23） and control group （ n = 23） according to the method ofrandom numbers. The patients in control group received usual nursing intervention who compared with the patientsfrom observation group treated with evidence？based nursing intervention.The scores of anxious and depression,thetime of hospitalization, efficiency of nursing and incidence of complications,the satisfaction of nursing servicesbetween the two groups were compared.Results The scores of anxious and depression in the two groups werelower than those before the nursing significantly（P〈0.05）; In the observation group,the time of hospitalizationwas significantly shorter, and the incidence of complications was lower than those in the control group,P〈0.05.The nursing satisfaction in the observation group（91.30%） was significantly higher than that in the control group（65.22%）. Conclusions The emotion of anxious and depression can be relieved through the application ofevidence-based nursing on patients with acute pancreatitis receiving conservative treatment the curative effect canbe promoted as well.
