摘要
提出动态能力是一个多属性组成的复合研究框架;基于文献分析和活力系统模型,进一步提出动态能力的5种维度模型并研究其内在关系。实证研究表明:企业动态能力首先是一个"活力系统",由战略革新、企业学习、运营管理、内外协调和资源交互5种能力构成;同时动态能力是一个能力整合系统,其构成维度间存在着有机联系,相互依存并相互影响,而动态能力就是通过5种能力的相互联系和促进不断改进、演变,促进企业适应环境的不断变革。
In this paper,it is proposed that dynamic capability is a multi-attribute composite research framework; based on literature analysis and dynamic system model,five dimensional models of dynamic capability are proposed,and their internal relations are studied. The empirical research shows that,the dynamic capability of the enterprise is a " dynamic system",which consists of five kinds of abilities: strategic innovation,enterprise learning,operation management,internal and external coordination and resource interaction. At the same time,dynamic capability is a capability integration system,there are organic relations,interdependence and mutual influence among the constituent dimensions,dynamic capability is to promote the continuous improvement and evolution of the five kinds of capabilities,and to promote the enterprise to adapt to the continuous changes in the environment.
