基于专利数据的城市专利发展SWOT分析——以杭州市为例

SWOT Analysis of Urban Patent Development Based on Patent Data:A Case Study of Hangzhou City

以专利数据为依据,对杭州市专利产出、专利构成、申请人结构、专利国际化、有效专利等情况加以分析,并通过与16个重点城市比较,以明确杭州市专利发展在全国所处的水平。在此基础上,采用态势分析法(SWOT)对杭州市专利发展中的优势和劣势、机遇和威胁进行归纳总结,并提出相应的对策建议。

On the basis of patent data,this paper analyzes the patent output,patent constitution,applicant structure,patent internationalization,valid patent and so on in Hangzhou,through comparison with 16 key cities,clarifies the level of patent development in Hangzhou in the whole country. On this basis,the paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats in the development of patents in Hangzhou by using the method of situation analysis（SWOT）,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
