基于协同视角的企业知识产权运营管理实证研究

Empirical Study on Management of Intellectual Property Rights in Enterprises from the Perspective of Cooperation

知识产权运营是知识产权管理中最为重要的环节之一,合理、有效的知识产权运营不但能将科技成果最大化转换为生产力,更能促进企业后续资本不断积累,提高企业市场影响力以及核心竞争力。在对中国现有企业知识产权运营模式评述的基础上,结合对相关调查数据的实证研究,以协同理论为基础,分析中国知识产权运营管理现状及存在问题,并提出促进企业知识产权运营管理能力提升的对策建议,以期进一步优化中国企业知识产权运营管理系统模型。

Intellectual property operation is one of the most important links in intellectual property management. Rational and effective intellectual property operation can not only maximize scientific and technological achievements into productive forces,but also promote the continuous accumulation of enterprise follow-up capital,improve enterprise market influence and core competitiveness. Based on the review of current intellectual property operation mode of Chinese enterprises and the empirical research on the related investigation data,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of intellectual property operation and management in China based on synergy theory,meanwhile puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the management ability of intellectual property operation of enterprises,in order to further optimize the model of intellectual property operation and management system of Chinese enterprises.
