The Coupling of Vocational Education and Rural “Hollowing” Governance under Village Revitalization

在乡村振兴下,职业教育推动农村"空心化"治理进程,农村"空心化"治理促进职业教育发展,二者存在着相互促进、交互耦合的关系。通过分析职业教育与农村"空心化"治理的耦合作用机理,揭示要素、结构和功能之间的协同关系以及耦合所存在的阻力,在此基础上提出促进职业教育与农村"空心化"治理耦合的路径,以助推乡村振兴战略的顺利实施。

Under the village revitalization, vocational education promotes the ＂hollowing＂ governance process in rural areas, and rural ＂hollowing＂ governance promotes the development of vocational education. There is a mutual promotion and interaction coupling relationship between them. By analyzing the coupling mechanism of vocational education and rural ＂hollowing＂ governance, we reveal the synergic relationship among their elements, structure and function, and the existing resistances of coupling. On this basis, path is put forward to in order to promote the coupling of vocational education and rural ＂hollowing＂ governance, to assist the smooth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
